职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist company leader in formulating and implementing the company's market strategy, sales & marketing policy and management system;
2. Based on overall market strategy and sales & marketing policy of the company, formulate and execute market development plans and customer development plans for precision metal processing parts such as automotive components, hydraulic components or lathe spare parts, and promote the development of new customers and key accounts;
3. Formulate and fulfill annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and sales targets within the jurisdiction;
4. Promote implementation, follow-up, feedback, timely adjustments of sales work within the jurisdiction, maintain good customer relationships and ensure final achievement of sales targets;
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery quality, lead time and customer satisfaction;
6. Urge and promote timely sales orders payment collection within the jurisdiction;
7. Collect and provide market information and customers feedback in supporting company leaders’ decision in market strategy, sales & marketing policy, product promotion, after-sales service, product improvement and new product development;
8. Complete other working tasks temporarily assigned by company leader on time, with guaranteed quality and quantity.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, etc;
2. 28-50 years old, male, currently working in Thailand; Proficient in computer operation;
3. Proficient in Thai, Chinese (fluent in listening and speaking Mandarine) and English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing). Those who can use English conducting business negotiations will be preferred;

4. Having at least 4 years of sales experience in precision metal processing parts and at least 2 years of experience as a sales manager for precision metal processing parts; Need to have customer resources for precision metal processing parts such as automotive components, hydraulic components or lathe spare parts;
5. Familiar with industry & market, product functions, product structures, as well as manufacturing processes of precision metal processing parts such as automotive components, hydraulic components or lathe spare parts;
6. High responsibility, dedicated, honest , great integrity, accepting challenges, flexible and adaptable, optimistic and enterprising, focusing on costs and results oriented;
7. Strong leadership, team spirit, execution, stress resistance, communication skills, as well as customer development and maintenance abilities;
8. Holding a driver's license and adapt to long-term business trips.
