Responsibilities:
-Provide sales support to both Chinese and Thai-speaking clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's database.
-Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations.
-Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-At least 1 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
-Fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written,
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP software.
